Information & House Rules

The well-being and safety of our guests are our main concern. To fulfil our commitments, we ask everyone to keep the following information in mind during their stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including electronic cigarettes. Smoke sensors will detect smoke and activate the alarm automatically.
• The stay or visit of any domestic animal is not allowed.
• Capturing images for commercial or advertising purposes is not permitted.
• The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
• It is not allowed to eat or drink inside the pool or the jacuzzi.
• Both the pool and the jacuzzi are not supervised, so caution is required in their use and supervision of minors.
• The pool is about 1 metre deep, so a cautious entry is recommended.
• Whenever the pool and jacuzzi are not in use, we recommend keeping the cover closed to preserve water temperature.
• For environmental and energy efficiency reasons, the pool cover closes automatically at 01:00 AM. If you wish this automation to be turned off, please inform the host.
• Close the parasol whenever wind gusts exceed 20 km/h, and when no one is on the terrace, given the strong wind exposure at this location.
• Exercise caution when using the fireplace and supervise minors around it.
• The house has several stairs, so babies and children should be supervised near staircases.
• This house is located in a residential area and neighbours should be respected. Between 10:00 PM and 09:00 AM, please keep noise to a minimum. The house has noise sensors that measure sound levels only — they do not capture, record or analyse sounds. If a high noise level is detected for a prolonged period, an alarm is activated.
• As this villa is located on one of the main avenues, and even with double glazing on all windows, absolute silence inside the house cannot be guaranteed.
• The current state of conservation of the property can be consulted at the link provided at check-in. If you wish to register any non-compliance, please do so with the host within the first 12 hours after check-in.
• It is not allowed to move or rearrange the furniture from its original position.
• If any guest has allergies, please inform the host before check-in is completed.
• Any local or national tourist tax is excluded from the reservation price and will be paid by the guest at check-in, in accordance with current legislation.
