Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and direct bookings made with LETTIA Luxury Villa (AL 127208/AL), located at Rua Direita nº 18, 4450-650 Leça da Palmeira, Portugal.
Bookings
A reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation from LETTIA and, where applicable, receipt of any required deposit or payment. Guests must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the host. A valid identification document may be required from all guests.
Occupancy and guest composition
LETTIA Luxury Villa accommodates a maximum of 7 paying guests. One complimentary baby cot may be added at no charge, for a total occupancy of 8 people (7 guests + 1 baby). The baby cot does not count toward the guest limit. At least one guest named on the reservation must be 18 years of age or older and acts as the contract holder. The number of guests under 16 years of age may not equal or exceed the total number of guests — for example, a party of 4 may include at most 3 guests under 16. Only one baby cot is available per stay. Occupancy limits are enforced for safety and regulatory compliance (AL 127208/AL).
Rates and payments
Prices displayed or quoted are for the accommodation and services described at the time of booking. Any applicable tourist tax or additional local charges are excluded unless expressly stated and must be paid as required by law.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the rate and booking conditions confirmed at the time of reservation. Please contact us directly for the applicable policy before confirming your stay.
House rules
Guests must comply with the House Rules provided on this website and at the property. Failure to respect these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund where permitted by law.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. LETTIA is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
